When you reach a certain age, you simply start gaining pounds. It is one of the inevitable developments of getting older. Well, unless you are one of those people who simply cannot gain pounds and who sort of wither away in the end. Unless you are one of them, you are most probably going to find yourself getting bigger no matter what you do. I am speaking form a personal experience.
I was quite a looker when I was younger. I know I am not supposed to be aware of this and that I should keep quiet about it, but as long as my testimonial is anonymous, I see no harm in it. Namely, I know that I used to be the looker of the town. I know that guys were fighting over me and I liked it, I am not ashamed to admit this. Every woman loves it when she feels wanted and loved and I had plenty of that in my younger days. Luckily, or I guess smartly, I was aware that the looks don’t last, so I finished college and all that, got a nice job, started my family that I love more than anything else.
And then, when I was about 47, 48, I noticed the inevitable. The skin felt a bit drier every morning, the lines around my eyes became a bit more noticeable every morning and every month, I would gain half a pound or so. And I did exactly what I did all those years before that. It is just the way things go and there is no helping it. However, I thought that I have done enough in my life and that I do not need bother anymore. I really let go and after a few more years I was overweight. Not too much, but still overweight.
And then the real problems started. I started getting tired much easier and I had a few dizzy spells. My husband suggested I go and check my blood pressure. He was right. It was quite high. In fact, my doctor told me that I should start losing weight quickly or I would need to start taking hypertension medications. I decided to try and lose weight. And I just couldn’t. I guess that was nature’s way of getting back at me for letting myself go. I exercised like hell, ate nothing but vegetables and fruit and I still couldn’t lose weight. Doctor told me it was time I considered weight loss pills. When I looked up what was offered and when I saw all those side effects I said no way.
Luckily, my niece was taking Slimberry at the time and she told me I should try it as well. I did and to this day I am grateful to my niece for recommending Slimberry. The first thing I noticed when I started taking Slimberry was that I had much more energy than before. I started feeling great. And then, on top of all that, I started losing those extra pounds. In six months, or even less, I was back in shape and I visited the doctor. He told me that my loss of weight has got my blood pressure back to normal. Slimberry really helped me stay away from prescription drugs and I am still using it because it makes me feel better. It is that simple.
